Reflections from a Grateful Heart

“Today, I am in full gratitude for this life changing program that has vowed to stand with us and be our voice. Jasmine Road has helped this survivor to stand and be heard. I now have a safe place of genuine love to not only rest and heal but explore just how great of a me I can be.” *

Spring always signifies hope, new beginnings and opportunities. Opportunities for rest, healing and exploration are hallmarks of our Jasmine Road program. Recently, the residents and staff had the opportunity to spend a beautiful Spring weekend together at Sakanaga Event space in Marietta. Hospitality and courage abounded as the residents and staff ziplined and painted their way into new adventures, making new friends and creating memories that will last a lifetime.

We were humbled by the graciousness and hospitality of our hosts and marveled at how our missions are so closely aligned -- building a community that is rooted in love and welcoming the stranger as a friend. We are grateful to have experienced a beautiful and safe place of genuine love, to not only rest and heal but explore just how great we can be together.

Gratefully,

Beth Messick, Executive Director

Jasmine Road Recognized by South Carolina Probation and Parole Association

We are honored to be recognized by the South Carolina Probation and Parole Association for our work in the Greenville community and around the state.

Cornelius Sterling (left) shared the association's gratitude for the work we are doing in the community, along with one of his favorite quotes: "Though no one can go back and make a brand-new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand-new ending.” -Carl Bard.

We are grateful to do this work together with organizations like SCPPA and its members who are making a difference in the lives of so many people in our communities to empower them make brand-new endings.
